My Points

We are thrilled to introduce a brand new feature that will revolutionize your MetaClub experience: "My Points." This exciting addition is designed to foster engagement, build harmonious relationships with fellow users and provide vibrant and engaging experience  inside our METAclubs.

Points can be bought inside the METAclub and it can be received as gift from fellow users.

You can use your points for the following purposes:

・ Purchases in METAclub - Gifts

・ Purchases in My Page

・ Purchasing DMCcoin

How to go to "My Points Page"

1. Inside the METAclub, click on your username at the bottom at the screen.

2. After clicking on your username, your Profile 'my page" will be shown on your screen, click on " My Points" at the upper left side of your profile to see your points .

3. Click on the points button to see your Points page

How to buy Points?

1. Go to your My Points Page and click buy

2. Input the amount of points you want to buy and then click pay to proceed with the transaction.

3. You can pay using your credit card in paying your points. Input your card details and click send payment.

After successful payment, your purchased points will be added in to your total current points balance.

How to send points to fellow user?

1. Go to your My Points Page and click send.

2. Input the amount of points you want to send, input and search for the points receiver , then click send.

3. Confirm the transaction and you have successfully sent points to fellow user!

Pending points- These are the points wherein  the receiver of the points has not  yet taken any course of action whether to accept or decline the sent points.

How to receive or decline Pending  Points?

1. Go to your Pending points

2. To receive the points, simply click receive and it will automatically added in to your current points balance, you can check your transaction in your transaction history

3. To decline the points, simply click decline button, your current points balance will not be affected and the declined points will be returned to the sender.

All transactions made, received or declined points will all be reflected in to your transaction history.

How to buy gifts using your points?

1. Click on the virtual gift that you want to buy then press purchase.

2. Payment method will be shown on your screen, just choose pay via points
